Josias and Juan did and excellent job from start to finish. They refinished our hardwood floors in our historic home in Anacostia DC and transformed the look to complement the character of the home. The living and dining room and entrance hall we sanded and stained with a semi gloss water based finished. We paid extra for their help to move very heavy furniture and they went above and beyond to ensure each piece was back in place and even helped me do little things I couldn't bend to do because I'm expecting.
Josias was very responsive and sent pictures of the progress along the way. They finished the floors in one day and I was able to walk on it that same night pretty much. It was bot a lot of dust like I expected.
I highly recommend Crafted Hardwood Floors Inc. for your flooring needs. Exceptional customer service as well.

Crafted Hardwood Floors did an excellent job with our floor refinishing job! From the get go, their communication was very prompt and courteous. Their price was great and they were flexible with their scheduling. They were very clean in their work, and the floors look incredible! They blended in a new section of hardwood floor (installed by someone else) and our family couldn't even tell where it was done.
Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Josias, and Crafted Hardwood Floors are amazing! They are professional, courteous a did an amazing job with our floors. They came out to refinish our downstairs floors (pictures attached), and were meticulous with their work. They were careful to protect our furniture and other rooms by putting protective plastic between rooms, and even the stairs. The pictures will speak for themselves. They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them and work with them again.

I hired Josias and his crew to complete a short-turnaround hardwood floor refinishing project on an older home that was built in 1920. The floors were quite intricate in that they were hand-laid parquet and contained an inlaid Greek key pattern around the perimeter. The results were superb! Josias and his workers were very kind, courteous, and exhibited an impressive attention to detail that other competing providers did not address in their estimates. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Josias did a beautiful job refinishing the original hardwood floors in our master bedroom which had been covered by carpet. He was able to match the stain to the new hardwood floors on the main level of our house and it is stunning! He is very hardworking and efficient and I would definitely recommend him if you are considering refinishing your floors. No job is too small for him and his prices are excellent.
