A proper quote was not provided and a credit card was required to get a quote.
I was offered a 10% discount and upgrade on my service, but I wanted to see what the total would be before I booked. There was no way to do that. Instead I received a "confirmation" of my booking, which I didn't know I was doing? Also when I called their world service center, the guy said "no refunds" even thought I explained to him, that immediately after I tried to get the quote, and received a confirmation, I was never told how much it would cost.
Today I had 5 charges on my credit card - 4 for $818 which my CC company thought were fraudulant and declined, when the 4 failed, New Jak then charged me $50 which was still pending.
New Jak then sent me 2 requests for me to pay via pay pal, which I do not have, nor did I agree to use. I just tried to call them to see what the issue was, seeing as it was cancelled, and I couldn't reach anyone, nor was there a voice mail system.
Sketchy service, sketchy business model, Sketchy company. My credit card company said they will be reaching out to BBB and marking this company as Fraudulent.
Not very professional. I booked what I thought was a round trip airport transfer for July 29, 2014. The initial email I received suggested the full price would be $50 one way. Ossie arrived on time to take my wife and I to the airport. While waiting for our outbound flight I decided to check my email. Imagine my horror when I saw that I had been charged $123 for a one way transfer to the airport. Once we arrived at our destination I called Newjak to inquire about the charge and was told they couldn't possibly give exact quotes for charges for every transfer and said their charges for certain cities such as Las Vegas would be $50 but to go from our location (inside the beltway) to BWI would be $90 + 20 admin fee and 20% gratuity. Talk about bait and switch they got the airlines beat. BUYER BE WARE! The person answering the call was all but rude, Even with our disatisfaction there was no offer to make good. We won't be using them for our return trip.
Nobody answer the phone and return calls.
Do not use them!
From my very first contact, Ossie tried to pressure me to buy full price- I had a living social voucher for 6 person suv or limo service. I requested limo and he said no guarantee. I said well I hope I can get the limo but I have this coupon so I am not going to waste it.
loong story short they were a no show on the very day they sent me a confirmation email!! when I called Ossie said he cancelled my appointment because I "hung up" on him. Baloney. I never hung up on him and I told him I did NOT want to cancel (he was trying to get my security code on my credit card -he already had my credit card number which I had to input to make my reservation). I said why do you need that I have a coupon and he would not say; he just said well do you want to cancel? I said "NO I do not want to cancel; you have my coupon number and credit card number". I though all was fine! I got a confirmation email the morning I was to use the service. When 15 minutes late for the appointment time, I called -he said oh I cancelled you. well why did you send me a confirmation email and not a cancellation email??? Ossie is unethical and his barbed retorts to anyone who complains is more proof of his complete unprofessionalism, at least towards coupon holders. dont offer coupons if you are going to treat customers who have them so shabbily.
Terrible Service.. Confirmed appointment online... Night before Ossie called and wanted to drop me off 2 hours earlier then my original appointment stating he was overbooked.. had no choice so i obliged, then when he came Bait and Switched did not send Sedan, instead sent shady White Van. Unprofessional Service, Save yourself the headache and book with someone Else

Jack A. was sent a "FREE" upgrade in Limousine Service, but they did not appreciate it. Most people would just say "Thank You" when they receive free upgraded service, but not this client. Perhaps Jack A. is not an educated & professional individual. Please DO NOT engage in any business dealings with Jack A. or any of his colleagues & friends.

We are licensed in all 50 States, including Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada. Obviously this Concerned C. person is either a very disgruntled customer or has some mental health issues going on with them. Please do not respond to or associate with Concerned C. if you see this person trying to contact you.

We recently were provided transportation service by Ossie P. 'Newjak' Executive Limousine. It was truly outstanding. The driver was very professional arriving on time and returning us home on time, the car was spotlessly clean, soft drinks, water and ice were provided.
