What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for the first 2 hours , then every hour after that. We do charge per mile after 10 miles and offer not only moving and junk removal but also labor services. We do provide Dolly’s, free assembly and disassembly, free stairs, free wrapping, and organized packing. We do offer military discounts as well as local discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first call the client as soon as they book us, make sure they know we got there request & to make sure we bring the proper tollls and utinciles. Then call the client a day before the job to make sure we know everything is going as scheduled. Then we call 30 minutes upon arrival time to let the client know we are on the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the moving business for 7 years, are in over 17 states, have great reviews, and repeated clients.
