- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is Important: 10% off for any federal or military employee. Service Rates varies from time to time; but are mostly based on type of services and season. Late fee of $25 will be charged 5 minutes after your scheduled session; photographer or videographer will wait 15 minutes for your arrival but if you are no where to be found your session will be lost. You may reschedule a portrait session 24 hours in advance with no fees. If you request to Reschedule on the day of fee ranges from $150 weekday or $250 weekend. Also another very important detail is that we don’t grant refunds on any of our services mainly because we Guarantee great work ! 📸👍🏽
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making new friends, making them feel loved and developing beautiful photos for our clients to cherish are our favorite elements of the job at the studio. We love meeting new people and the best way to start a sincere relationship with us is to set a meeting that is face to face; live in person or FaceTime/ Skype. That way we can go over the various services we have to best fit your needs before you book us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in staying up to date so we definitely go all over to find the best continuing education courses for us whether it's in a photographer's workshop in New York or Online through a creative Webinar . We love to keep on learning from other professionals that's been in the game way longer then we have so that we may deliver the best work possible!
