My fees are flexible and are based on actual client need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a complimentary 30 minute conversation to better understand the client need. Once the need is established we determine goals and time lines, all client driven. I design programs that ensure success as determined by you, the customer, not by me. Your success is my purpose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being an award winning professional speaker I have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality field in operations, sales and marketing and accounting. At the corporate level, I became an award winning, certified help desk manager, project manager and trainer. My experince with customers of all types and executives as every level. The outstanding communication skills I have developed to ensure my success are being packaged in a no non-sense manner to ensure your success.
