What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) I am required to continuing education to maintain my certification. I am also a member of the Mid-Atlantic Associations of Career Counselors and my proposal as been accepted to present at their annual conference this year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work because I saw a need for affordable career services that is both personal and effective.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In addition to industry targeted resume and cover letters, I provide individualized career coaching based on my clients needs. Coaching topics may include interview preparation, job search techniques, career exploration, salary negotiation, workplace issues, and more.
