Had a great experience with Complete Exterior Services! They helped with a partial roof replacement and some repairs on my home, and everything went really smoothly. The crew was on time, friendly, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. They did quality work — you can’t even tell where the new section starts — and they cleaned up really well after themselves, which I appreciated. Super professional but also easy to talk to and work with. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I called Sergio and he gave me an estimate that same day. He was upfront with the costs and I felt that he knew what he was doing. No doubt, he was professional, punctual and very detailed. My roof was very old and he restored it to new condition. But there were two things that stuck out about him that really made working with him enjoyable. 1. His work was very impressive. He was on the worksite, sometimes working with his crew. Not just being a boss but a co-worker to his team. 2. I was sick with Covid and every time we talked, he asked me how I was doing. Just showing that he cared. I have to say his work is great, his team was great and my roof looks great!!! Thank you Sergio

We took time to have several estimates done on our roof repair and Sergio at Exterior Services LLC immediately stood above the others. His expertise, knowledge, thoroughness, honesty and professionalism far outshone every other company we interacted with. Not only did he recognize every other problem other companies only noticed one of, he did a full inspection of my roof and prioritized things no other companies brought to our attention that were highly important, and struck things off the list others would have done to waste our money. His pricing was well below what other companies quoted us, and the work quality was excellent, with before and after images provided. I would recommend him to any one who asked. He extended the life of our roof another 6-8 years and I will definately use him to replace our roof when its time. Oh- and he cleaned our gutters for free!
