- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By having a lot of clients everyday all times of the day, sometimes it's hard to keep track. At Charlie's Canvas we are organized to the max. We assure you that we will give to the best rates and service dates. When booking with Charlie's Canvas depending on the service we will have clients put down a small fee as low as $25.00 pending on the event which can been done through PayPal or Money Gram. It to makes sure that your locked down for an APPOINMENT and it's a non-refundable fee. When doing weddings or large parties we do require %20 of the event cost also go over contracts for your security. Here at Charlie's Canvas we Work with the best because we are the best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with 1st time Clients we go over a 10min phone "estimated" call to see what kind of service you will be getting. We go over all questions with the clients as far as (For Example) "What kind of skin do you have is it oily, dry, combination"? ect. We do ask clients to provide their own foundation because since we don't have a studio yet with all of our products in and we come out to you for service we kind of carry a lot of materials to preform the service for the client. Due to the client they may like a certain foundation that there more comfortable with such as "I feel MAC cosmetic's make me look to Orange I'd rather use L'Oreal" things of that caliber.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Bennett Career Institute of Washington DC for my MUA credentials. Also I've trained with Danessa Myricks on different projects as well. I've also trained in the eyebrow area of 3D HairStorkes Semi Tattooing, eyebrow tints, eyelashes and one-one MUA lessons. Ect.
