FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely!! This is an excellent question! I network with others in my fields, and we share new ideas, and critique new ideas. I have taken numerous seminars, and have attended classes and conventions over the years. I also belong to forums on-line, some of which I assist by acting as a moderator for the group.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work is creating above-average balloon art for various types of events, both public and private. I also perform magic shows, and walk-around magic for people of all ages. During the end of the year ( and even in the summer, at times), I appear as Santa in many public and private events, and as the Easter Bunny around that season. You may see a pink gorilla singing and dancing with the honoree, or a bearded ballerina, among other costumed characters. I work closely with excellent face painters, and others who perform various services for fun or promotional events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know who you are hiring! If they are artists (Balloon Artists, Face Painters, Air Brush Artists, etc.), ask to see some examples of their work, Many people using a broker will get anyone that company can find to come to your party or event. Sometimes, it is the first performer to reply to a mass e-mail, or the cheapest they can find, but your rate stays the same. The quality can vary GREATLY. If I am unavailable, or you need more than one performer, I work with a small, experienced group of performers who are among the top entertainers or artists in the area. I have been entertaining people of all ages for over 35 years.
