- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our business is driven mainly by the sales of the items we have on our website (www.MGLaserWorks.com) that are ready to be engraved and the cost includes engraving of one area of each product! After our website sales, we assist customers in engraving/laser cutting custom work. We've engraved everything from baseball bats, marble, iPads, iPhones, baseball gloves, 3-d architectural designs made of wood and acrylic, trophies, metal, signs (indoor and outdoor), tool handles made of wood, glass, custom turned pens, custom designed cut out wedding invitations, wedding cake toppers, wall cut-out designs and more! The list goes on and on and we love to work with our customers to create the product or outcome they desire. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We offer design assistance, finding the right words for your engraving and proofs prior to engraving or cutting your project. Customer Service is key!
