- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the project. After our initial conversation I will submit a proposal for your project with a price. My goal is to make sure you are happy. I will work with you for that flat rate until we have a useable finished product that meets your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to learn about your project and what you want to communicate through the project, then I draft a proposal and send it over for your approval, and then complete the work. The proposal will contain the cost and estimated time to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in marketing and design for 3+ years and communication for over 10 years.
