So thankful to have found QPS! Having 2 young kids with allergies, we have a lot of laundry. We purchased a used dryer which came with a 30 day warrenty that was advertised on Craig's List. The dryer was delivered within 2 hours of us speaking with Tony. He is very friendly, polite and quick. Months later the dryer's heating function was fading and we called Tony. He came out the very next day and replaced the dryer even though it was way out of warrenty. I recommend QPS to anyone in need of an appliance!!

After Tony came out and repaired an appliance we had a extra dryer that needed repair (sensor) so Tony said he didn't have time then but could take it with him and repair it and bring it back. Asked for $50 to repair. Gave him a check and never saw him or my dryer AGAIN !
