Introduction: I offer troubleshooting, consulting, and repair. I specialize in Macintosh service and repair. I will also do PC (Windows) troubleshooting and repair. I worked for Apple for 2 1/2 years as a Genius. I currently work for Howard County public schools as a technician for there Central Office. I also have 10 of experience in graphic design/photo editing. I have video training in Final Cut Pro and have edit video for over 10 years, including weddings, anniversary parties, graduations, etc.

Jason was very helpful, and professional. He returned my call in just over a day, and he picked up my computer and returned it in a timely manner. My iMac is as fast now as the day got it! My husband used a local computer repair company for his PC and was jealous of the attentive and personal service I received. He will be our go to guy in the future! Thanks Jason!

As a full time nurse and hobbyist artist, both my Macs are my life line, so I was desperate to find a tech to get them back up and running. Jason was wonderful! He reached out to me and quickly agreed to take on the job, which got both my MacBook Air & Pro up and running faster than they had in years! I am very impressed with not only the quality of his work (which he continuously updated me on over the course of the short time that he had my devices), but also with the cost, which was NOT expensive for all the work that he put into fixing both my computers. If you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgable tech for your apple product look no further! :)

Quick response...pick up and delivery...good price.. timely service. (3 days) Hard drive reformatted and pictures recovered. It's an older computer but now it works very well.

(Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, and Punctuality) Jason was the perfect tech. He quickly responded to my request for service and proceeded to gather information about my MacBook Pro. Jason also gave me his background experience. He made recommendations for me to purchase the correct part I needed and provided links which made my decision to purchase easier. His labor cost was provided prior to purchasing the part, so I could easily determine if I was willing to pay the cost of hardware and labor. Jason’s labor cost was very reasonable, which is why I chose to have him complete the service I needed. Since he is local, he gave me the options to meet him at a centralized location or drop off/pickup at his home. I also received a quote on time to complete the service, which was very reasonable. Jason quickly had my MacBook Pro up and running in a couple hours. He provided updates of its stability and stated if all was well with his testing, it would be available for pickup the following evening. At the time of pickup, Jason showed me that my MacBook Pro was working as expected. I recommend Jason and will definitely do service with him if services are required in the future.
