- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My system is fairly easy, $35 an hour plus the thumbtack charge usually ($3.33) and transaction fees on all card payments at 5%, and max time I have ever taken to fix anyone's computer has been 4 hours. Any program installation price will vary depending on program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading books, reading online expanding my knowledge about everything dealing with computers and networks. I am very interested in the computer field and Technology area which helps me keep, wanting to learn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just started playing with electronics when I was 8-9 years old, just taking after my grandfather who I adore and looked up to.
