Today it is hard to find people who genuinely care about their clients. For some what they do is just a job and for others its a passion..At Exodus Financial, LLC Mrs. Grace Chopra does an outstanding job at not only providing her services but caring about the growth of the individual by educating and encouraging better financial decisions to have a more prosperous life. Not only are her services affordable but she is hands on, detail oriented, and results driven as she guarantee's quality work and does it all in a timely fashion. Without a question Exodus Financial is one of, if not the best thing that has happened to my wife and I in recent years. The professional services that we have received are second to none! Our credit councilor Grace Chopra has walked us through this process and stood behind every word she said. She is always available to answer any and all of our question and concerns. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us. I will without question recommend Exodus Financial to any and everyone. I came to Exodus Financial In June 2015. I was welcomed by Mrs. Grace with such a warm, friendly and professional greeting. I explained that I had worked with several financial advisers who promised me great results and I had seen no success and I was a bit nervous. I appreciate the fact that Mrs. Grace listened and acknowledged that she understood and reassured me that I had come to the right place. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service is not complicated keep my fees low to help as many people that I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process is assessment, actions and goals. I am flexible I do understand my clients work they can not take off or time does not permit one on one counseling in person so I am available to internet and phone service to make things easy. Still get the same great quality service and time.
