Keven and his team did a great job! He promptly responded to my project and was available the very next day. His price was affordable compared to other local companies and his work speaks for itself. When we needed a toilet replaced I began getting estimates from plumbers in my area. Without exception all the prices were in the $375 - $450 range for the install only. Twice what the new toilet would cost. Kevin at DMV did the work and also picked up the new toilet and removed the old one as part of his price which was fair and almost half of what a plumber would have cost. Kevin, a licensed electrician, also replaced a dimmer switch which had stumped other pros. Again his price was fair, less than half of all the estimates I received. Both the toilet and light switch work was completed in two hours. Bottom line: you don’t need a plumber for a toilet installation but a professional electrician is a must. As other projects come up Kevin at DMV will be my first and only choice.

I got started in this business in 1996 because I am also a Real Estate Investor. Through the years I learned a lot about home renovations and I am able to act as a General Contractor to save my clients the headache of dealing with rehabs and/or home repairs.
