FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
a customer's you pretty much know what they want and myself out of always try to lead them into installing good quality fixtures or products in their home pretty much everything out there on the market has pretty fair in quality some of the inexpensive stuff out there is just as great as that $300 faucet you can buy 50 Buck faucet and I give you the same performance I try to advise people don't get caught up in the Joneses just to buy that high-dollar stuff that's not going to give you no more performance then inexpensive unit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first procedure is to find out exactly what it is the customer would like done in light them on the differences in material and what phase a job should be done in start to finish and if I could save them in any kind of l of money on material or whatever by advising them the goods and bad of the quality of the material out there I also in like them on how to protect their home because your home is an investment and out here most of us purchase them for us a longevity directly pay for and relax at retirement in so you want to take good care of it and put good quality stuff in there that's going to be there for sometime , Franklin Plumbing does not do shortcuts on satisfying our customers
