- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a fee for my services The prices I quote are the prices they are (unless the vendor changes ie: no price is confirmed until your deposit is made and the trip is booked) I have access to all the vendor direct sites to provide versatile travel options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact I find out these simple things Where do you want to go? When do you want to go? How many travelers will there be? What the ages or the travelers are? Will you be needing air and hotel and transportation? and the most important but the least exciting questions What is your budget? Are you looking for budget, moderate or luxury accommodations? Do you have any ADA accommodation requests or pertinent detail that need to be taken care of? Are you ready to create memories!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with CLIA, IATA/ARC. I am well traveled. I have been all over the U.S., Europe, Asia, Caribbean, and South America
