FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my fees are flat, however, I am open to negotiation on certain types of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is by beginning with a phone consultation to better understand the customer's needs. After the phone or face to face consultation, I develop a project plan with a schedule, review it with the customer and once it's agreed upon, me and my team (if, needed) start working on meeting the goals. For longer projects, the schedule will include weekly or bi-monthly check-in points. For shorter projects, we check in at the half-way point to manage project changes and or assess the accuracy and, once agreed, we finalize the work. Note: Final billing is submitted once the draft is approved, however, final work is not released prior to payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal college education in business management from the University of Maryland and business administration from Montgomery College. I have several specialized training certifications in nonprofit and economic development from NeighborWorks America-Community Economic Development Certifications, Community Action Partnership- Nonprofit Organizational Excellence, the American Institute of Banking, the International Council of Shopping Centers-Commercial Development Training
