- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand how important it is for customers to accomplish projects on budget. BHR's estimating process provides clients with transparent cost of materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is meeting in person, on site, to determine project specifics and cost. Once all aspects of the project are identified and cost proposal is accepted, a contract is signed and planning begins. Plan drawings and permits can sometimes take up to 30 days, depending on the county's permitting office processing time. After permits are produced execution of the scope of work commence in an efficient manner until project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although, experience is what makes us better, being properly license requires continuing education from credited institutions.
