Even with the job proving to be a bit more complicated than we originally discussed (having to make a run to Lowe’s to get a replacement part), D Arc Electric completed the work and I’m very satisfied. I would absolutely contact KC again for any future electrical issues arise in my home.

I had a very professional and thoughtful experience in the repair and replacement of a floor outlet in my home. The work requires retrofitting the opening to (correctly) install a new outlet and cover — to replace a job poorly done under the auspices of a previous owner. I was particularly impressed by KC’s quick response and most reasonable price. As often happens to us all, I’ve now thought of another job for which I have already engaged KC. I believe you will find his personality as lovely as the work he does. Great job!!
