- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to repeat customers and customers who send me referrals. Call me directly to see if your project qualifies for a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to discuss the project with the customer in order to know the issue, timeframe and budget constraints. I can usually provide a quote over the phone based on information and pictures the customer provides, but some projects will require an in person quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years if electrical installation and maintenance experience. I’ve also worked alongside many other trades when I worked as a construction electrician, working in commercial buildings, residential homes and as a bus mechanic trainee at WMATA for a few years. I used all the experience I’ve gained over the years as well as various contacts I gained over the years to give my clients the quality and value they deserve.
