- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with the customer based on affordability. I refuse to overcharge a customer. I account for time and cost of material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I plan on obtaining a license soon. I am currently studying to take a journeyman's test.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Plugs and switches are just like anything these days. They wear out over time. They need to be replaced. I replace or relocate switches and plugs.
