Introduction: Faces By Rhea provides professional face painting, body painting and temporary tattoos in Laurel, MD, Columbia, MD and the greater Baltimore/Washington Metro area. We pride ourselves on creating amazing, custom designs to fit your party theme. We are available for birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, fundraisers, festivals, company picnics, you name it! We look forward to bringing the WOW factor to your next party or event. My favorite part about what I do is the moment when I turn the mirror around and see the reaction on the childs (or even the adult's!) face when they see what they look like. It is a such a pleasure to create beautiful works of art while also providing a great experience for someone else.

Rhea’s artistic ability and creativity dazzled everyone at my daughter’s first birthday party! She was sweet and friendly - happily painting faces, arms, and even a few legs for the kids who couldn’t get enough! She is a complete professional, arrived on-time and was always quickly responsive when I needed to communicate with her to plan for the party. We were so happy to have Rhea there and will definitely recommend her to everyone we know!

Rhea was absolutely perfect for my son's first birthday party. The kids loved getting face painted and the face painting were awesome. I would highly recommend her for any party.

Rhea was EXCELLENT!!! She arrived 30 minutes prior to her scheduled time and painted everyone's faces nonstop. She was professional, polite and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend her as my first choice of all. The adults loved the kids faces so much that we got involved and got our faces painted as well. Many of my friends and family members at the party told me how great Rhea was and took her card. She made my son's first birthday a blast for the parents and kids.

We are so grateful to Rhea for her amazing job face-painting at our family fun day + BBQ at Democracy Prep Congress Heights in DC! She arrived early, was extremely professional, brought all her own supplies and a special chair to get the kids at the right height while she painted. The kids were *THRILLED* -- boys and girls, of all ages! I could not recommend Rhea more highly and we absolutely plan to use her again at future family events.

Pricing covers the cost of the painter’s time, before, during and after the event, travel, the cost of professional grade face paint and tools, insurance and continuing education.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by the best in the business using online resources like FABATV and attending conferences such as Kapital Kidvention.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a working actor fresh out of college, I got my start doing princess birthday parties and decided I wanted to add face painting to my repertoire. Little did I know that I would grow to love face painting even more than acting!
