Introduction: I am a licensed and certified curriculum developer and a highly effective educator. I have over 16 years of experience in educating, coaching, and mentoring children from the ages of 6 to 12. I have earned a B.S. Elementary education and Urban Studies, an M. Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Ed. S in Educational Leadership. I will assess your child and design an engaging learning plan tailored to his/her needs. Mrs. McCardell provided excellent online math tutoring for our son. Her excitement for learning was contagious. She took the time to meet and evaluate our son as a whole student before implementing a successful plan to close some learning gaps in Algebra. His confidence has soared in math and in other subject areas since working with Ms.McCardell. Prescriptive instruction is a wonderful thing, and she does it well!

I meet with parents during an initial consultation and determine the student's individual learning needs. Then, I develop a learning plan tailored to the student's individual needs.
