I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Humberto. From start to finish, Humberto exhibited the level of care and professionalism I look for in a contractor but rarely find. To start, Humberto knows how to communicate with his clients. He listened to my vision for the kitchen, asked questions and made very helpful suggestions. He will also go the extra mile to meet customer needs. An old tile in my bathroom had a bad scratch and needed to be replaced. All the quotes I had received were exorbitantly high but Humberto offered to do it for a fraction of the cost. Call it business savvy may be but I think he is also a very nice guy. As for the quality of his work, it was top-notch, exceeding all of my expectations. It is clear that Humberto is an expert craftsman and I am absolutely delighted with his workmanship. Needless to say, I will turn to him for all things tile and I highly recommend him for yours.
