What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by potential client - I send them a questionnaire that requests brief information about their business, including what type of accounting system they are currently using, size of company, amount of yearly revenue. Once I receive it back, I setup a free consultation to get more in-depth information and what exactly they are seeking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and have 40 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. I specialize in corporate back-office operations including Accounting/Finance, Operations and Administration which also includes 25 years as a IT Director and/Systems Analyst.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fresh from high school, began as an Entry Level Accounting Clerk/Key Punch Operator. Steadily progressed in knowledge and experience.
