I had a small patch that I call “the weed patch” and it was missed, they thought it was a flower bed, but they came back and mowed it. I wasn’t angry it was missed, I wasn’t home. I’m happy and will book again.

Our Building was in need of Mulching and weed control for a long time. Being in charge of maintenance I began to look for vendors in the area to do the work. I contacted three contractors and KC lawns came in at the best price for the job. Not ever using them before, I took the chance to use them, and it was an excellent choice. Kathy called me back after receiving our inquiry the same day. I told her we would accept your estimate and scheduled to do the work. They came the day they were scheduled and completed the work in one day. we were very pleased with the work, and the total price came in under the estimate. All the communication was thru text, email and phone, calls. I usually would like to meet the contractor in person but due to my schedule it was not possible. The chance I took of using a contractor I never met or never used turned out to be the right choice and plan to use them in the future. I hope meet Kathy and Dan to thank them in person. We will come to your home or business to talk with you to understand your needs. Then we work with our knowledge and experience to write you an estimate with your desires and our expertise in mind. Once you decide to hire us, we will strive to complete your job to your full satisfaction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Doug and Kathy had a strong desire to start a family business that could grow as their children grew. They wanted to have something that they could work as a family and teach their children the values that they thought were important.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Weekly mowing for residential and commercial customers is a large part of our business. We also have many one time or repeat customers who hire us to do landscaping work.
