Daniel responded quickly and came out the next day for an estimate on a time-sensitive job. He clearly explained the two different sets of work and costs, depending on whether or not we had any water damage below the flooring we contracted him to replace. When it turned out there was, he clearly explained our options moving forward and what they would cost. Even with the added work, he completed the project in a single day for a fair cost. He was honest, communicative and professional throughout the process and we’ll definitely be using him again for future home projects.
