When looking for a cleaning service provider make sure the rates quoted are comparable to other rates, cheaper does not always mean better and can sometimes mean "less than" quality. Also look for a service has been established, you may want to run a search engine inquiry about the service provider or check on the State's website to see if they have a history. You may ask the provider for a W-9, it's a 'Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification' to help verify a legitimate service provider, not one who is operating illegally. Ask if the service provider is insured, the legitimate provider will be! Lastly research the cleaning service provider at your local Better Business Bureau. You will be able to find out if anyone has lodged any complaints against the service provider.
