Yes. Attend Workshops and conventions that tie right in to customer service and the entertainment world. Attend a 3 day one this coming weekend, Feb 2015.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I helped out someone early on in my career and knew right away that this is something I wanted to do and build on... the first smile from my first little guest sold me.
