I requested move out cleaning for the apartment I just moved from. The cleaners are headquartered in the area. They arrived a little late but were fast. When I checked the apartment, they forgot to clean the medicine cabinet, they didn't clean a lotion spill that had hardened on the bathroom closet floor (easily removable) and some hardened grease stains in the oven. I had to arrange for them to come back out and finish the job on another date and time before my lease was up and when I had to turn in my keys, etc. They were not on time and I had to keep calling to find out when they would arrive. They showed up 25 minutes late, cleaned the medicine cabinet, the bathroom closet floor and tried to scrape clean the oven and got some of the residue off. If they would have done everything the first time, I would have given them an outstanding rating.

I was not present when they arrived, but left my house very clean. A couple things were not put back in their original place but overall would use their services again. From beginning to end, very professional.
