What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated, really. I can work, hourly or, by the job but, my prices are based on comparable regional freelancing rates and, they are more than reasonable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lynda. com is a great resource for anyone in the technical community. I can stay up-to-date on applications and, best business practices.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wasn't good at math, therefor, architecture was out of the question.
