Introduction: I have been a chef for 12 years, and I have experience in pretty every genre of cooking. If you want to learn to make Japanese, curries, French, comfort food, Italian, or Mexican cuisine (the list goes on), I'm your girl. I love to teach people, so that anyone can make anything, and all it takes is a kind hand to help them along. I've worked in Maine and Portland Oregon restaurants with focus on local, seasonal produce, meats and dairy. I love the challenge of creating dishes based on dietary restrictions which I think is a very neglected area of dining. I cook it 'till it's done.
