- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the majority of our service calls we have a set fee that includes the first hour of work, followed by an hourly fee after that and any materials that were needed. For repairs and emergency calls the price will vary. We provide estimates after the situation has been assessed so you have the peace of mind and know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call our office we will set up a customer profile to get all of your information and see what service you need. If it's a simple maintenance/ cleaning, we set that up for the next available spot on our schedule. If it's a repair we may need to first schedule a visit to assess that problem. This visit is free of charge. After it's been determined what is needed we will provide a quote, order any necessary materials and schedule a time to return and complete the job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle everything from new construction or remodels, routine service and maintenance, and the unfortunate emergency calls where there is no heat.
