FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my prices if you travel to my salon are pretty standard to salons in the area. If you want me to travel to your location or if I'm reserving the salon for a private party there are additional fees. I do require a 50% deposit to reserve the day for any wedding parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first is to have a client consultation. I like to have an idea of what the client likes and dislikes and this is the best way to get this information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe that education is something that needs to continue even after you receive your license. So with that said I take as many classes and go to as many shows as possible to learn the best ways and techniques to help me accomplish the style the client is looking to achieve. I've been to Los Angeles to the energizing summit where I took classes on updos, color, cutting and makeup application. These classes are given from the leading experts in the industry. I also take any local educational seminars to help develop my knowledge in my field.
