Introduction: I don't think there are many who do the breadth of what I do: a wide range of art, a wide range of design and a wide range of letterpress and book arts. But beyond that, I have a knack for interviewing clients and understand the essence of the visual problems that face them and their businesses and with lateral thinking techniques, I can arrive at a wide range of solutions. I love all aspects of design! The research, the idea generation, the design development, the art of typography. I love it all, really. It is a fascinating industry.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple...hourly rate for work completed based on an estimate of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person when possible and take in all the visual cues to find out the crux of the need to be solved. Then when we agree to the scope of work, I start with research and idea generation. That leads into a collaborative process of client interaction with feedback and revisions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a curious person. I love learning so I take classes all the time. A new art technique, investigating new trends. I love the process. I have a Master's Degree in Graphic Design and Bachelor's in Painting and Illustration.
