Petrone Construction built a 1000 square foot, three story addition for my family. It includes a children's room with a walk out porch and full bathroom, a master bathroom and bedroom with cathedral ceilings and walk-out deck and a children's playroom. He also built a fence and pergola for our vegetable and flower gardens. Ron, of Petrone Construction, gave us a fair and accurate bid. He was timely, considerate, honest, respectful, with excellent communication skills. Truely a pleasure to deal with.

Ron was our primary building contractor for the Small portable classroom ADA ramp with roof and stairs. He also worked with my people on the central office exterior wall improvements for energy savings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for anyone to first have insurance and they should be able to provide you with some reffrences of previous clients. Also try to make an appointment with them for a specific time and see if they show up on time or if they are late. If they are late and do not notify you prior to the scheduled apointment then I would say you could expect this throughout your job and It could be very frustrating wondering when you can get your house back based on a inconsisitent contractor.
