- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers have always been a passion of mine from an early age, I always wanted to know how things worked and the kind of problem solving involved in computer repair is very rewarding to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly customer's have viruses on their computers that make it difficult to use them normally. The most common I have seen over the past couple of years are viruses that present themselves as antivirus software and are very difficult for a casual user to remove.
