Very informative and helpful. Took the time to thoroughly explain what was being looked into and what it meant. Offered many suggestions and helpful tips on how to improve the energy usage in my house and especially how to retain heat during the winter months to cut my heating bills. Was very patient with this (very) layman homeowner.

Be committed to making some of the changes necessary but with in your budget, otherwise it's smoke and mirrors
