FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the client arrives I have them fill out an intake form that gives me basic information, contact, medical history, and concerns. We then talk about how the clients is feeling and what areas of tension or issues that need addressing are. If it is a clients first time getting a massage I describe in detail what will happen and answer any questions or concerns they may have. I ask what type of pressure they prefer and then bring them in the massage room and show them where to hang their clothes and tell them how to position themselves on the massage table. I leave the room allowing them to disrobe and get under the sheets and relax a few minutes before I knock and enter and begin the session. After the allotted time, in which I will check in with the client on comfort in both pressure and bed temperature, I finish the session, covering the client and tell them to take their time getting up and dressing. When they are ready they come out, I give them water to drink and we talk about the session. Many clients will rebook for a future session at that time, after paying for this session.
