What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our trips is custom crafted around your group. In order to provide you with an accurate budget we like to have a brief conversation, get to know you, understand what you want from the trip, and what expectations you have. Then we design the trip, with your requests in mind, and give you a complete pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a conversation, hear your ideas, understand what you want, and then we take the time to create a trip based on what your needs are. It may take a couple extra days but we know you'll be thrilled with the final result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially I toured the world as a member of a symphony, first holding various tasks within that organization, beyond that of a musician, and eventually planning their travels. In the 15+ years since I started with them I've been to 70+ countries and traveled millions of miles on planes. And that's just me, I've surrounded myself with a team who is just as passionate about travel as I am!
