Took great care of us. Was very thorough and answered all questions. We ended up having to get a second inspection on a second home because the first house was so bad. If you need a second inspection and have it done within 30 days with the same realtor, IT'S FREE! Awesome guy and awesome customer service.

Complete and very detailed home inspection. 1st house Bill inspected had more serious issues than I was willing to take on and I backed out of the sale. 2nd inspection was free, huge relief as I had not budgeted for this. Beyond the written report I got on the spot evaluation of every problem or potential problem and recommended action. Complete guide on home maintenance, invaluable. Truly one of the "nice guys".
