We offer a tiered pricing system! Tiers are based on how many delivered images you get. Plus, a discounting system that rewards you for quantity of properties per year. *Realtors and Agencies can contract with us to get the absolute lowest prices! *Tier #2 will showcase the average residential home, which covers over 80% of the houses sold in Maine! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TIER #1 = 1-10 Images: Residential¹ Properties, This tier is good for seasonal updates, renovation updates, rental units, etc. Prices start at $100.00. TIER #2 = 11-20 Images: Residential¹ Average Home. The average house sold in Maine can be captured with this Tier! Prices start at $175.00. TIER #3 = 21-35 Images: Residential¹ Large Home. MOST POPULAR! Even with smaller houses because more images can relate to higher click-through rates and better placement in non-MLS listing sites such as Zillow.com. Prices start at $250.00. TIER #4 = 36-55 Images: Residential¹ Estate Home. Showcase all aspects of your listing! Every room, multiple views, even the distinctive features that set this home apart! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients schedule a photo-shoot via online or phone, we'll show up at the scheduled day/time for apprx 1-1.5 hour to take pictures, videos, and/or measurements, depending on services needed. Then, we deliver the professionally edited media electronically via a custom web-page dedicated to their property, usually within 24-48 hours.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When marketing your property, you want the best images you can get to show that property in it's best "light". Most buyers make instant, subconscious decisions based on how something looks! Make sure your images grab their attention so they will look more closely at what yours offers!
