Introduction: I am an EPA certified contractor for dealing with lead paint. Houses built prior to January 01, 1980 contain lead paint. Effective October 2010 the EPA mandated precautions for dealing with lead paint issues. Contractors were required to become certified by April of 2010. I pride myself on neatness and attention to detail. I also check with my customers periodically to make sure that they are pleased with the results during the process of the project. Working with people. Taking on their project and exceeding their expectations. I am respectful of a clients surroundings/property and clean up and store materials and tools daily. I believe it is important to satisfy a customer's expectations not only in workmanship but in attention to detail. I like seeing the smile on a customer's face when they see how I care for their personal belongings when I work in their space.
