Mr Perham did an outstanding job on both my carpet and hardwood floors! My hardwood odors love ok amazing ! I hav very difficult to clean national fiber woven carpet that he cleaned too !

Nice folks. Good work. Great cleaning, above and beyond what was expected. They even worked late into the evening/night to get the job done when I wanted it done. Worked hard to clean my basement and haul out rubbish.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job has different tasks and needs that clients need so I don't have hourly price. We work with our clients to find out there needs then tailor a package to fit there needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out there needs and to see if we fit that well. Then once I know we can do the job find out there budget and try to work with in that as best as we can and still give them what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had on job training since I was 8 years old My family had a janitorial company they did very well in this biz. I then at age 18. I started Perham Janitorial Service Now I have changed the name to Perham Janitorial Of Northern New England. We still do quality work at a fair price.
