- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually it's a combination of cost of materials,time it will take to complete and degree of difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually just meet at their residence or wherever they need work completed. Take a look at what needs to be done and what they have in mind specifically then ill get a material list together and figure out a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of experience, Lead certification, BBB accredited and working on some osha cards when i get some time.
