Pros - They accurately diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. They carefully replaced the part in the TV and and it worked.
Cons - They did not notify me when the part arrived. I had to call them and then go visit them to set up an appointment to get the part replaced. Responsiveness was very poor and frustrating.
