Annie Higbee is awesome! She got us an appointment to see our house and stayed on top of the paperwork and everything. I think the person working for the sellers didn't want to work with us but Annie was like a pitbull! Seriously, we got this house within a WEEK of finding her. She has so much energy and enthusiasm and gets things done like, yesterday! She's really the best!

Annie was unbelievable. She was able to locate the house I wanted within forty eight hours. She was on top of things through-out the whole process. She went above and beyond by helping me move in. I highly recommend her.

Annie is a whirlwind at getting thing's done . she sold a house for us and I'm sure if you are buying or selling she is the gal for it.

annie did a great job helping us with our first short sale.. long and teadious process but she stayed on top of it and always stayed positive it would go thru. even when we were ready to bail out.. we appreciate every thing she did and would highly recomend her to any one buying or selling property. thanks
