I hired this guy to take care of several issues I was having in my rental units about 7 years ago. Since then I have called him for everything from emergency no heat calls to new appliance installations. He always says he can squeeze me in and I never have to second guess his quality of work. Great attitude. Always dressed professional, shows up when he says he will and often time goes far above expectation when it comes to quality of work. Always leaves a clean work area when he is done. Always checks in about surprise costs if they arrive. The kid is a grinder and gets the job done every time.
